Projects

Designed and built

Five pieces of work that went further than a paper: a guest-experience concept with its own pitch site, a research presentation, a service philosophy, a training program, and a restaurant concept, each with something built to go with it.

Guest-experience concept · Summer 2026

The Hermit's Cabin

A reservable, fully themed thirty-minute rest stop inside Epic Universe's Dark Universe, so tired guests can recover without leaving the park. A written proposal, a pitch site, and concept art.

Show in Theme Parks: Its Definition, Implementation, and Value

An APA research paper on Good Show, drawing on Sklar, Milman, Bitner, and Disney's own operating principles, with a presentation deck and a recorded six-minute talk.

Personal service philosophy · Fall 2024

The Service Quilt

Fifteen patches that describe how I serve, from Meet the Guest to Display Passion, stitched around one statement: I serve from the heart. Written as a one-page philosophy and built as an interactive web version.

Training program design · Fall 2024

Developing Our Natural Service

A complete guest-service training program in eight sections, built around serving from the heart, the brain, and the muscles, with normal, recovery, and wow modes. Curriculum, deck, video, and a web app.

Restaurant and menu concept · Fall 2024

Pantoufle

A communal-table restaurant concept with a menu designed for sharing, written up as a concept paper and built as a small menu website.
